Boil water and add salt and ghee.

Make a fine paste in a mixer adding, grated coconut + green chillis + fried gram/kadale pappu

Add this paste to the rice flour.

Add the salted boiling water to the rice floor and keep it aside for 10 mins.

After it comes to room temperature, mix the floor to make a smooth dough.

Make even-sized dough balls and cook them on nonstick tava.

You can pat the roti directly on the nonstick tava (keep two tava’s) or use banana leaves/thick plastic sheet/butter paper to pat and transfer it to tava.

Add ghee/oil on both the sides of roti.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Ingredients

1.  1 ½ cup of rice floor
2.  1 cup of grated coconut
3.  ¼ cup of roasted and grounded peanuts
4.  2-3 green chillies (or according your spice preference)
5.  2 spoon fried gram/kadale pappu
6.  1 tablespoon cumin seeds
7.  1 tablespoon til
8.  Salt according to taste
9.  A handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
10.  1 tablespoon ghee, or melted butter
